Shipping Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date due to carrier-related issues or other circumstances outside our control, we appreciate your patience.
As a courtesy, if your order is delivered later than the original estimated delivery date, we will provide a 15% discount that can be applied to your next purchase with us.
Eligibility
To qualify for the 15% discount:
- The delay must exceed the original estimated delivery date.
- The delay must not be caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- The order must ultimately be delivered successfully.
- The discount is issued as a one-time promotional code for a future purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retroactively.
